Why horses?
Because horses respond to what's real.
As prey animals, horses scan their environment for subtle changes in energy, emotion, and body language. Because of their high sensitivity, horses are able to sense what we really feel, even if we're not aware of it ourselves.
Horses aren’t influenced by titles, achievements, or the masks we wear. They respond to what you’re actually communicating beneath the surface.
In equine-assisted coaching, horses provide immediate, honest feedback that helps women uncover hidden patterns, gain clarity, and reconnect with themselves in ways that conversation alone often cannot.

After years in executive leadership, Roxie saw the same pattern over and over again: intelligent, capable women silently running on empty.
Today, as a certified professional coach, horsewoman, and educator with two master’s degrees, she creates transformational retreat experiences that help women move beyond burnout and reconnect with themselves in a deeply embodied way.
Her retreats blend equine-assisted coaching, nervous system regulation, guided reflection, meditation, creative practices, and practical tools for lasting change — all within a supportive environment where women feel safe enough to finally exhale.
