Maybe you’re not stuck. Maybe you’re in between.

Sometimes the life we’ve been living doesn’t feel quite right anymore, but we don’t know exactly what we want instead. We know something needs to change. We just can’t quite name it yet.

And because we don’t have the answer, we tell ourselves we’re stuck.

But maybe you’re not stuck.

Maybe you’re simply in a season of becoming.

This is one of the things I love most about being with horses. They have a way of bringing our attention back to what is happening right now.

They are constantly noticing their environment, responding to subtle changes, and taking in what is true in the moment. And when we are with them, we are invited to do the same.

There is something powerful in that when we are in a season of uncertainty.

As humans, we tend to rush ahead. We want the answer, the plan, the next step, the reassurance that we are making the right decision.

But sometimes we become so focused on solving the future that we stop paying attention to what our lives are telling us today.

Maybe you don't need to figure out the whole next chapter yet.

Maybe you just need to notice what is true now.

This week, give yourself ten quiet minutes and ask:

  • What feels good in my life right now?

  • What am I ready to let go of?

  • What do I want more of in the season ahead?

Don't worry about turning your answers into a plan. Just notice what comes up.

Maybe it's more adventure, more creativity, more time outside, deeper friendships, more freedom, more rest, more horses, or work that feels more meaningful.

Or maybe the answer is simply, I don’t know yet.

That's okay too.

You don't have to know exactly where you are going to recognize that you are ready for something new.

This is a big part of what we create at Wildheart. The horses, nature, coaching, and community give us space to step away from the noise and hear ourselves again.

But you don't have to wait for a retreat to begin.

For now, take ten minutes. Get quiet. Notice what is here.

The next step can come later.

Here’s to the season ahead.
